Chef Ken is originally from St. Paul, MN. He graduated from 916 Aria Tech Institute with a Culinary Degree. He has worked as an Executive Chef at St. Paul Hotel, Muffulettas, Prontos, L'Etoile in MN. Fox Hills Resort, Peppermill, The Wellington, Green Bay Country Club in WI. Executive Director at the Hilton Airport in St. Louis, MO, Executive Director at Ramada Inn in Waterloo IA. Chef Ken was selected as the Chef to represent Green Bay at the NFL Cooking Challange for the Super Bowl in Minnesota. He appears on numerous cooking shows on TV locally and has been featured in numerous cook books.
